FIT Pilates Studio is a Lagree Method studio which is conveniently located in San Clemente and Mission Viejo. All classes are done on the Megaformer which will provide you a full body workout in just 50 minutes! We also also offer TRX combo class at our San Clemente location and a Barre combo class at our Mission Viejo location.
FIT Pilates Studio is the only licensed studio in Mission Viejo and San Clemente to use the Megaformer and the Lagree Method, which is loved by celebrities and athletes around the world! The workout itself is little to no impact on your joints, keeping you safe at all times. Our 50-minute classes are convenient and guarantee complete body toning. Lagree Fitness is the most effective and innovative approach to a full-body workout. It is designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone, and lean the body safely and efficiently; so all levels are welcome! This is NOT your traditional Pilates workout.
